Encinitas Train Station By RD Riccoboni
The Old Encinitas California Train Station painted by one of California's favorite artists. The Yellow Encinitas Train Depot painting By RD Riccoboni. The historic Victorian style Encinitas train station was built in the 1880s. It originally stood next to the tracks in downtown Encinitas California, where the former empty Lumberyard stands today along Pacific Coast highway. The station was moved to its present location in the early 1970s. Today the wonderful old train station is a popular coffee house on PCH, historic route 101. RD Riccoboni is one of San Diego's premier painters known for his bright color renderings of California cities.
