Painting by RD Riccoboni of San Diego State University Hepner Hall and it's bell tower is one of the original campus buildings on Montezuma Mesa and remains SDSU's most recognized and most photographed building and the Hardy Memorial Tower, named after former SDSU President Edward Hardy, originally functioned as an actual water tower.
